Advertising and Public Relations is the section which organizes the public relations, promotions and media activities of the school. The sole purpose of the communication activities that aim at people inside and outside the school is not only to publicize the institution to people. Also, this department is responsible of organizing the necessary activities that will ensure the institution’s contribution to the community ( vicinity) with a sensibility of social responsibility
The main lines of activity in Advertising and Public Relations can be summarized as:
· To strenghten the social relationships through providing constant flow of information between the institution and its target audience,
· To contemplate the changes occuring inside and outside the vicinity and thereby reflect these observed changes in its communication policies,
· To share out the scientific studies and projects of the institution with the public,
· To ensure the coordination between / among the other institutions.
· To print and publish documents and brochures belonging to the institution,
· To publish scientific and cultural journals and / or newspapers,
· With a sensibility of social responsibility, to develop projects that will contribute to the well-being of its fellow community,
· And to organize media relations
